Famed New York City promoter and DJ, Alex English, drops this ill set featuring classics from labels such as Warp Records, Ninja Tune and Rephlex. Heavily influenced by Warp's classic "Blech: dottir" mix (by DJ Food), Alex English has been DJing experimental electronic music at his "Glitch" parties since 2001. He has spun and organized parties with artists such as Phoenecia, Richard Devine, Plaid, Nobokazu Tekamura, Chris Clarke,
Funkstorung, Cylob, James & Rich, DJ Spooky and more. This set, recorded at a "Glitch" party, is a good example of Alex's polyrythmic, "go anywhere" style of mixing. You can contact Alex English about the mix or for bookings,
