COS/MES is a skateboard and art collective from Osaka Japan. they have made a nice cult following with their album "sadistic skatepark" and various 7"s of slow disco jams. this mix is almost new age in its hyper chill feel. not much on the beat front. only the kind of thing you'd hear from japan.
