We were so impressed by the mixes Pittsburgh's Cutups dropped on Percussion Lab last year that we had to ask for an exclusive. His blends of fresh bass music, ambience and idm were a refreshing genre spanning take on things. With tracks from Fuck Buttons, Wisp, Untold, Synkro and Ulrich Schnauss all in the mix, you'll never know where Cutups will take you next.

Excited about the past few years of genre agnostic dance music, Cutups has created a varied mix, taking tour stops through some of his favorite left field dubstep as well as shoegaze influenced ambiance.

From mega raves to underground idm and bass music shows, Cutups currently holds three residencies in Pittsburgh. FUZZ at the BBT (drum and bass, dubstep, and occasionally idm and breakcore) - the monthly SHAME ON party at the Brillobox with Ed Um (anything-goes dance music) - and the monthly LAZERCRUNK party also at the Brillobox where Keeb$ and Cutups focus on new, fun mashed up electro, rave and bass music.
