Carl Craig first paid tribute to Detroit's historic Tribe Records collective with 2003's recording The Detroit Experiment - including jazz, motown, electronic and hip-hop artists - recorded over a period of five days at the legendary White Room Studio in downtown Detroit. With a genesis of a Tribe records reunion Carl Craig recorded live versions of Twilight and At Les in Paris.
