Our latest featured mix comes from San Francisco's Kid Kameleon who sent us a series of mixes he's been working on for the last 6 months titled "The Rest Is Silence". We're going to feature the first and Kameleon will be uploading the rest of the series as a new contributor of the site.

Kid Kameleon has written for XLR8R for the past 5 years, is one of the founders SF's Surya Dub and has been a prolific DJ, Blogger, Promoter, Historian and Archivist of Electronic Music for the past 15 years. With over a hundred mixes under his belt, Kameleon is a DJ's DJ. His taste making abilities have helped sculpt the sound of the west coast for the past decade and his influence on electronic music culture is undeniable. This mix, the first of the series, is a nice slice of 2010 bass, definitely leaning on the dancier side of things.
