To preview the line-up for the 2012 CMKY Festival, we enlisted Denver-based producer, DJ, promoter and certified Communikey familia steofan (a.k.a. Steven Dermody) to compile a mix. The end result is a genre-spanning selection of tracks that barrels through early electronic explorations, pulsating Detroit techno, blunted dub riddims and the sort of mercurial experimental musics that this year's Festival program seeks to connect over the course of its 5 days and 25 individual events.
