Our next artist mix hails from our project's hometown. Segue is Jordan Sauer from Vancouver, Canada. His sound is a minimalist patchwork of textures and tones with a focus on the interplay of timbre. These sounds are created through the blending of various instruments (12-string acoustic and electric guitar, piano, violin, melodica, percussion, didgeridoo, childrens toys), incidental found-sounds and field recordings.

Jordan has a number of releases on netlabels like Autoplate (Thinner), Kyoto_digital and SEM Label. Enjoy a taste of forthcoming sounds due out on labels Silent Season and Ahora Eterno Records alongside collaborative works with Polish experimentalist Pleq.

We couldn't be happier to present a mix from one of our favorite emerging artists out of Sweden. Alveol is currently one of 3 projects by Ludvig Cimbrelius, who has been quietly developing a catalog of beautifully expressive ambient and deep house productions.

With a December debut on Mule Electronic and a contribution for the launch of Timo Camillo's 26 TeaDrops International, Alveol is quickly becoming a name synonymous with quality. His work as Purl and Kokong (with Rasmus Alkestrand) provide further insight into the spiritual depth of an artist who is clearly destined for international success.

FUSELab is a new media resource bringing together well-known internet labels Passage and Fragment, alongside Jumble record-formation.
