An underground house head with years of experience under his belt, Sid Vaga just keeps on getting better. "Brazuca" sees Vaga showcasing his Latin/Brazilian influences to the max as a deep double bassline and cumbia-esque percussion leads into a blistering deep house groove that's kept masterfully airy and light yet hypnotic and engrossing at the same time. An accompanying mix by D*Sol gets even deeper and lets live brass, flute and guitar playing dominate the mix. A treat for fans of modern Latin-tinged brilliance.
